Marketplace Policies

Straightforward rules for every order.

These policies explain what a submission means, which statuses the workflow supports, and which actions are—and are not—available in the current ReWorth account experience.

Applications

Every purchase starts as a request.

Submitting a purchase form creates an application for review. It is not an immediate order confirmation, charge, or instruction to ship. ReWorth may review device, account, address, availability, and eligibility information before deciding whether the request can advance.

01

Pending

The application was received and added to the review queue. No approval should be inferred from this status.

02

In review

An authorized staff account has assigned the application to the review stage.

03

Approved or declined

An authorized staff account can apply either decision status, which then appears in My Account.

04

Awaiting action or completed

These additional workflow labels can be assigned by authorized staff and displayed in the application history.

Payment

Card details and identity verification.

Every order requires a quick identity verification with our secure verification partner before it ships. Verification is free — no charge and no hold is ever created at submission, approval, or verification.

  1. 1

    Free identity verification

After submitting, you complete a quick identity verification with our secure verification partner. It confirms the payment card is yours and can cover the order amount on delivery — nothing is charged or held.

  2. 2

    Delivery and confirmation

The order ships after approval. You confirm that the device arrived and is exactly what you ordered.

  3. 3

    Charged only after you confirm

The listed purchase amount is charged only after delivery, your confirmation, and a completed identity verification step.

Shopping

Catalog selection becomes a purchase application.

ReWorth calculates a configuration-adjusted United States market reference, then subtracts 50% to produce the displayed price. A purchase application records the selected catalog product, account information, addresses, market reference, discounted amount, and identity-document images. It does not create an immediate charge.

01

Catalog summary

The shop displays a product name, storage, color, and listed price on each catalog card.

02

Request record

Submitting the form creates a pending application associated with your account or submitted email.

03

Status history

My Account lists the purchase request with its amount, date, and current workflow status.

04

No charge or hold at submission

Submitting creates no charge and no hold. Identity verification is free; charging the listed purchase amount is a separate later action after delivery and your confirmation.

05

Pay after delivery

Charging the listed purchase amount happens only after the order is delivered and you confirm you’re satisfied. An identity verification step is completed before the card is charged, and the charge occurs only after verification passes.

Changes after submission

Customers can cancel eligible requests.

My Account lists application history and status. A request can be cancelled online while its current workflow stage still permits cancellation; submitted product, device, and address snapshots remain read-only.

Cancelling a request costs nothing — no charge and no hold is ever created, so there is nothing to refund or release.

Shipping & handoff

Application status is not a delivery instruction.

The current ReWorth account experience does not generate shipping labels, tracking events, delivery destinations, return labels, or handoff appointments. Those details are not included in the application status view.

01

No label generation

Submitting or approving an application does not create a carrier label in the current interface.

02

No tracking timeline

My Account displays workflow status, not carrier scans, estimated delivery dates, or custody events.

03

No destination instruction

A saved shipping address is profile and application data; it is not an instruction to send a device to that address.

04

No handoff booking

The current workflow does not schedule an in-person appointment or provide a handoff location.

Responsible use

Accurate information protects the marketplace.

Customers should submit only requests they are authorized to make, use accurate identity and address details, and avoid including passwords, PINs, recovery codes, card details outside the designated card form, or unrelated personal records in an application, ID upload, or package.

ReWorth may pause or decline a request when information is incomplete, inconsistent, unauthorized, unsafe, or not suitable for the applicable marketplace workflow.
