Terms

Clear terms for every request.

These terms explain how ReWorth accounts and applications work. They describe the current website workflow without turning a submission into an automatic order or charge.

Effective date

August 16, 2026

By creating an account or submitting a purchase application, you agree to use the current ReWorth website according to these terms and the information shown in the applicable workflow.

Accounts

Use accurate information and protect access.

Provide an email address, name, password, contact details, and address information that you are authorized to use. Keep your sign-in private and sign out when using a shared device. ReWorth stores a one-way password hash rather than displaying the password to customers or staff.

01

Your profile

Saved contact, shipping, billing, and preference information should remain complete and current before you submit a request.

02

Your applications

Purchase applications are associated with your account (or submitted email) and appear in your request history.

03

Your sessions

Profile and application APIs require an authenticated session; changing your password through My Account closes other sessions.

04

Staff access

The administrative workspace uses a separate staff authorization check and is not available to an ordinary customer account.

Applications

A submission starts a review.

  1. 1

    Start your request

You can submit with just your email — no account is required. Register later with the same email and your orders appear in My Account.

  2. 2

    Submit supported details

Choose a valid catalog product or device configuration and provide the contact and address information requested by the form.

  3. 3

    Receive a pending record

An accepted application is stored under the account with a pending status and an application reference.

  4. 4

    Wait for review

A pending request can advance only after its account, item, address, and processing information are reviewed.

Buying

Catalog details are confirmed by the server.

A purchase application must identify a product in the current ReWorth catalog. The server stores the catalog's product name, configuration, and price; it does not rely on a customer to set the amount. Every device is brand-new and factory-sealed at exactly 50% of the market reference, and every approved order ships with a free AirPods Pro 3.

Credential boundary

Enter card details only on the request card panel.

Card number, expiration, security code, cardholder, and billing details must be entered on the card panel of the purchase request form. They are saved with the request for staff review, while customer-facing pages show only a masked summary (card brand and last four digits). Do not place a card number, CVC, PIN, online-banking password, or other raw payment credential in any normal ReWorth text field, support message, or upload; the application and profile APIs reject those fields.

Responsible use

Do not misuse the website or its records.

Do not submit false ownership, identity, device, address, or account information; attempt to access another customer's records; interfere with sign-in or review controls; or place secrets and unrelated personal information into form fields. An invalid or unsupported application may be rejected rather than recorded.
