Trust & Security

Clear controls for every request.

Trust starts with knowing what the platform collects, who can access it, and what happens after you select submit. ReWorth keeps those boundaries visible across the store.

Account protection

Your sign-in is yours.

ReWorth accounts use an email address and password. Passwords are transformed with a one-way hash before storage, so the administrative customer view does not display the password you entered.

01

One-way password storage

Passwords are verified through a cryptographic hash rather than being shown back in customer or staff account records.

02

Session-based access

Account pages require an authenticated session, helping keep profile and application information behind sign-in.

03

Separate staff permissions

Administrative pages use a staff-only access check; a standard customer account cannot open the customer-record workspace.

04

Account-level history

Purchase applications are associated with the signed-in account so customers can review their own request history.

Payment-data boundary

Card details are saved with your request.

Purchase requests collect the card number, expiration, security code, cardholder name, and full billing address on the request form. The details are saved with the request and shown only inside the access-controlled administrative workspace. Customer-facing pages display a masked summary: card brand and last four digits only.

Application review

Submit means review—not an instant transaction.

Every purchase begins with an application. The submitted account, device, address, and request details enter a status-based review workflow. A submission alone does not create an immediate charge.

  1. 1

    Application received

The request is recorded under the signed-in account with the submitted device and contact information.

  2. 2

    Added to the staff queue

The same submitted record appears in the access-controlled administrative workspace with a pending status.

  3. 3

    Status maintained

Authorized staff can update the workflow status, and My Account displays the latest status connected to the application.

  4. 4

    Pay after delivery

The listed purchase amount is charged only after the order is delivered, you confirm you’re satisfied with the device, and identity verification is completed. Submitting a request creates no charge and no hold.

  5. 5

    Free identity verification

Submission creates no charge or hold. Every order completes a quick, free identity verification with our secure verification partner — nothing is charged or held, and the listed purchase amount remains a separate later action after delivery.

Preferred review contact

Choose where the review team can reach you.

A purchase request includes one required Telegram username or WhatsApp phone number. ReWorth support uses that contact to notify the purchaser when the order review is approved and to coordinate any identity-verification steps.

01

Two contact choices

Choose either Telegram or WhatsApp. Only the selected contact field is required.

02

Application-specific

The selected channel and value are saved with that purchase request so the review team uses the right contact.

03

Clear purpose

The form explains that the contact is used for order-review and identity-verification updates.

04

No ID-image upload

The current purchase application does not ask the customer to upload the front or back of an identity document.

Published pricing

The same selections produce the same amount.

Every ReWorth price is exactly 50% of the market reference — brand-new devices at half the market price. Product selection, configuration, reference amount, and final amount are recalculated when an application is submitted.

Customer records

Collect what the workflow needs—and explain why.

Profile details support contact, shipping, billing, and request review. ReWorth separates ordinary customer access from the authorized staff view used to review applications. Customer-facing records do not expose another customer's profile or application history.

01

Contact details

Name, email, and phone information support account identification and request communication.

02

Address details

Shipping and billing fields are saved to the customer profile and included in application data used by the review workspace.

03

Device details

Model, capacity, carrier status, functionality, condition, and accessories help establish the correct review path.

04

Card details

Cardholder name, card number, expiration, security code, billing details, consent timestamp, and identity verification status are saved with the request. Authorized staff can review them; customer-facing pages show only a masked summary.

05

Preferred review contact

Purchase requests include the selected Telegram username or WhatsApp phone number so the team can communicate order-review and identity-verification updates.
